  • Robert’s Rules of Order is the standard for facilitating discussions and group decision-making. The WV Democratic Party has adopted Robert’s Rules of Order into its bylaws, and it serves as the communication foundation for all committee meetings state-wide. It’s recommended that everyone who wishes to participate in meetings be familiar with Robert’s Rules of Order.
